Gamesa Gearbox recognised for its commitment to diversity in health and safety
Gamesa Gearbox has been honoured at the Mutualia Awards for its project ‘United for safety and health: Cultivating an inclusive and diverse culture at work’, which promotes a preventive and accessible culture in the workplace.
At our Burgos plant, with a workforce of 50 people of 8 nationalities and different cultural and religious traditions, we have adapted procedures, information materials and training to ensure safety and well-being.
At Gamesa Gearbox we believe that diversity enriches, so we focus on being accessible and reaching out to everyone in our company to ensure a safe, diverse and respectful work environment where everyone feels included and valued.
Thanks to this inclusive approach, the Burgos plant has achieved 2,602 days without recordable workplace accidents, highlighting teamwork.
